Hi, I’m Sharon, and thank you for visiting. I'm the driving force behind Core of Life, the 'Naturopathic Company' where the focus is all things health and wellness! Helping you to 'cultivate' health from the inside out!

I'm a naturopath and nutritionist with a background in health sciences. As well as being a Pilates teacher, which I use as a tool to educate individuals on how to use their body in a healthy and functional way, as well as the importance of posture on structure. Because if you change the 'structure' you change the 'function'!

I'm a passionate educator on all things plant-based! This space is where I share nourishing plant-based recipes, and lifestyle and self-care tips, resources and tools to support you on your wellbeing journey.
