With our practical workshops, you will learn all about the benefits of 'wholesome' plant-based nutrition, and how to use food as a therapeutic tool to combat a variety of modern day conditions. From fibroids, to managing diabetes, to understanding how to get more than enough protein whilst on a vegan diet, our classes will leave you informed and armed with the knowledge you need to put it into everyday practice.

Eat yourself healthy workshops (From £45)
Our 'Eat Yourself Healthy' workshops look at simple ways to introduce you to 'wholesome' plant-based nutrition, to support you on your health journey.
In our workshops you will learn about the science of nutrition, and how to use food to combat illness and various health conditions. Our practical classes give you the opportunity to put nutrition into practice through using food as a tool and practical cooking demonstrations.
Afterwards you will enjoy the prepared foods – all in a social, relaxing and inspiring atmosphere. We provide all the ingredients and equipment, as well as comprehensive handouts – all you need to bring is a sense of fun and a healthy appetite!
