Hi, I’m Sharon, the conscious naturopath, thank you for visiting and welcome to Core of Life. Where my aim is to help you live more intuitively, to 'cultivate' health from the ‘core’ out!

I'm a naturopath and nutritionist with a background in health sciences and a diploma in teaching Pilates. Which, I use to teach the ‘Power of the 3 P’s! Plants, Pilates and Peace.

I am passionate about health and wellbeing, and believe that by creating a good foundation, which can be done using these 3 P’s, we are able to sustain great health long term.

This space is where I share my tried and tested nourishing plant-based recipes, and lifestyle and self-care tips, resources and tools to support you on your health and wellbeing journey.
