Immune Boosting Smoothie!

This immune-boosting smoothie is a great way to flood your body with anti-oxidants, to support and boost your immune system. It contains cherries, which are naturally sweet (unless tart!)! Cherries are naturally high in water, which makes them a low calorie food (if your counting calories), they contain melatonin a substance which helps to regulate your sleep cycle, so this could quite easily replace your bed-time drink!
