Collagen Boosting Smoothie

Recipe feeds 1  | Takes 5 minutes to prepare

What You Need

1/2 to 1 cup of coconut or filtered water

1/2 cup of freshly chopped pineapple (including the hard core in the middle)

1/2 cup of chopped cucumber

1/4 cup of chopped kale or spinach

Optional - 1 ripe banana fresh or frozen if you need it to be sweeter naturally

Small piece of grated ginger

 A pinch of turmeric powder

A pinch of freshly ground black pepper

How To Do It

  1. Add all the ingredients into your blender, and combined well.
  2. Pour into a glass, or travel cup.
