This 5-week course is designed to strip nutrition back to basic; showing you how easy it is to cook nutritious wholesome recipes, suitable for all dietary habits
Letting 'Plants' take centre stage!
Learn how easy it is to ‘eat yourself’ healthy, with plant-based nutrition, and how to create great tasting meals with plants at the centre. You will be shown how to prepare quick and easy breakfasts, take-along lunches, how to prep for your week and a few little sneaky snacks and treats will be thrown in, so that everything is covered from scratch!
Our class sizes are kept small so that you can be immersed into practical hands-on learning; by the end of this 5-week course, you will leave with a better understanding of:
- The role that plants play in providing you with the nutrients needed for health and wellbeing
- The protein myth
- How to eat for health and wellness without counting or restricting calories.
- How to put nutrition into practice so you can start making smarter food choices
- How to prepare simple meals from scratch
Plants are naturally high in immune boosting and antioxidant properties, contain no un-healthy hydrogenated or trans-fat, are jam-packed with fibre to help make you feel fuller for longer, which is great in helping you reboot your metabolism and control your appetite. Most importantly, plant nutrition is for everyone!
This is a practical interactive course, so that you learn as much as you can. Each session ends with the group coming together to sample the delicious foods that have been created, as we discuss the benefits of these on our health and wellbeing.
The program runs every Tuesday evening 6.30pm to 8.30pm, for 5-weeks starting 16th January 2018.
